We currently ship our products across India. Whether you live in a metro city or a remote town, we aim to reach your doorstep with fresh and high-quality food items.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, deliveries usually take 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen conditions such as weather, regional lockdowns, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight/size.
  • The final shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, a tracking number and link will be shared with you via SMS or email.
  • You can track your shipment in real-time through our courier partner’s tracking system.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • In rare cases where an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Packaging

All products are securely packed to ensure freshness and safety during transportation. If you receive a damaged package, please take a photo and notify us immediately.
